Join Matchmaking

It's only 3 step to join GTW matchmaking

Important Notice:
If you use Laptop or Android mobile phone, pls use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox broswer to enter GTW meeting room.
If you use Iphone or ipad , pls use Safari broswer  to enter GTW meeting room.
There will be a Popup asking permission to access your camera and microphone, pls click "Allow" .

Step 1:  Register yourself as a visitor

Open any GTW web page , click the“Visitor Login/Register" button which is on the top right .

If you don't have a account , you can register one for free.

Step 2:  Go to the Matchmaking menu

Open the home page of a virtual event , click the "Matchmaking" menu, you will see all the exhibitors who are online now.

You can click the round table to join the exhibitor's personal video meeting room at any time.

Tip: you can click "Test My Device" button to check your web camera and audio in advance, pls click "accept" if there is a popup asking for permit.

Step 3:  Join the 1:1 video meeting room 

Click the "Join now" button, you will be connected to the exhibitor's person meeting room after he approved.

There may be a popup, pls click "Allow", it's very important.

Your can see and here each other, you can also text chat with the supplier at the same time.
