Q: How long is the guarantee?
A:1 year. All machine part can be replaced for free within 1year if broken cause of quality problem, and the buyers should be afford if broken by operate in wrong.
Q: How about the after-sale service?
(1)Online service time: 8:30am to 11:30pm.
(2) Oversea service is available. The service fee, accommodation fee and board expenses, round trip ticket should be afford by the customers.
Q: What is your spare parts?
