 The first stage is PP filter,we choose the middle one,104 gram. you know,lower one is 90 gram.the best is 110 gram.

The 2nd stage is coconut granular activated carbon filter.The iodine value is 1100mb/g. iodine value of Lower-end is 700 or 800 or even lower.

The 3rd stage is compressed coconut activated carbon filter.The iodine value is 1100mb/g.

The 4th stage is vontron membrane,vontron is the most popular membrane in China,it is middle-rang reverse osmosis membrane.

This is the most important part of the RO water purifier.The service life of different brand membrane is different,For example,the vontron membrane of our RO water machine that we use in our company need to be replaced every 20-24 months, while PHEPUS.3-4 years.and unknown membrane or copy membrane 10-12 Months.The actual replacement time of membrane depends on the local water quality.

The 5th filter is coconut activated carbon filter,the iodine value is 1100mb/g.

6th Stage: Alkaline pH Mineralization Filter: Using mineral stones and calcite media, it adds back healthy minerals that were removed during the RO process, including ionized calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium. Also improves the pH value of the RO water, as it can be slightly acidic. Compliant with NSF/ANSI standards.

Water Treatment Capacity

Stage 1- pp filter cartridge (made of Polypropylene, 2000 Gallons Capacity)  

Remove the particles, impurities and dust in the water. This cartridge usually works as the previous cartridge to protect the behind filtration for water treatment system. 

Stage 2- GAC (granular activated carbon cartridge, 2000 Gallons Capacity) 

Water treatment for removing chlorine, taste and odor, organics and suspending particles. 

Stage 3- CTO (block activated carbon cartridge, 2000 Gallons Capacity) 

Water treatment for removing chlorine, taste and odor, organics and suspending particles.  

Stage 4- Reverse Osmosis RO Membrane (100 Gallons per day) 

Produce up to 50 gallons of top quality water per day.

Remove up to 99.9% of undesirable contaminants found in tap and well water.

Filters particles as small as 1/1000 of a micron.
