Description of CGA impact modifier:
Donglin new type PVC Impact modifier CGA-243 developed by company is an interpenetrating network copolymer (IPN)with the structure of CPE-grafted- polyacrylate based on CPE matrix. CGA-243 has more lower Tg(glass transition temperature) and has very excellent impact -strength and toughness under the lower temperature due to grafting acrylate ester which has lower Tg than CPE,at the same time CGA-243 is impossible to be caking after a long time storage or transportation owing to the unique dry process,this is very important for automatic feeding system. In addition CGA-243 has better weatherability owing to it has not any chemical double bond. CGA-243 is insoluble in water and ethanol, but soluble in aceton.
