       Of course, you can provide your design, we just make it on your way. We will send you the sample first to make sure it is right, and then we begin to produce.

Q2: Should I Pay the deposit at first if I buy many goods?

        Actually, after we receive your deposit, we will arrange the production at once.

Q3: Can I get any discount?

       We will give you discount according to your order quantity. And there are promotions several times a year, also we have wholesale goods.

Q4: When will you deliver my goods?

       Normally after we receive all the moeny. If there is a special case, we will contact with you at once. After we deliver the goods, we will send you the express number.

Q5: How long will I receive my goods after you delivered it?

       It's rely on the express you have chosen. Normally 3-13 days, you can receive it.

Q6: How much should I pay for shipping costs?

       It's rely on the goods' weight, the express you choose and also the destination.

Q8: Return Policy

       If you found the goods have quality problem, please contact with us at once, you can return the goods within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Here are some tips.

1. Open and Confirm the goods once you got the package.
2. If the goods had quality problem, contact us within 7days and get our shipping address.
3. The return goods must be in brand new condition, it means it was never used.
4. Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items. (In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.)
