Q1, Can this hair be straightened,curled?

A:Yes, treat the hair as your own, use a flat iron/straightened or tongs, even when fitted, but as with your own hair, don't use hot tools too often, it may damage the hair.

Q2, Can I color the hair?

A: Yes, the hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extension, as you will get the results you want. If you can`t get to a salon, please use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.

Q3, How many bundles for a full head?

A: For average head size, here is our suggestions:

12"-14": 3 bundles

16"-20": 3 bundles

22"-30": 4 bundles or more


Q4, Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

(1) Your hair extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil& dirt build-up, salt water chlorine and not combing(wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.

(2) Make sure to wash & condition your hair once a weak, twice a weak is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

(3) We accept 7 days return policy if the hair shedding or tangle a lot.


Q5, Why the colors of hair extensions don`t seems exactly as the picture show or description says?

Different monitor have different display. And ever time, maybe the same color will have a little color difference. Please ask a help from the hairdresser for the color`s code as the international color swatch says.


Q6, How long does the hair last?

This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and it will last long time, generally more than 12 months.


Q7, What type of hair care products should I use?

Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. You can also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place. But make sure to wash your hair and not leave these products in for a long time.


Q8, How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?

Human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: Human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching. Human hair will smell foul and show white smoke when burning. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke.
