COILED TUBING UNIT(CTU)
The basic function of CTU is to run the coiled tubing into/out of the well(in the tubing or casing). The coiled tubing will be spooled to the
tubing reel for convenient transporation.As CTU can achieve a constant highly-efficient operation and ensure the safety at the most extent it is
widely used in the field of drilling, completion, workover; logging and other well operation of the conventional oil & gas field and
unconventional oil and gasf such as Shale Gas, Coalbed Methane etc.

>Wide range of product series including truck-mounted, trailer-mounted, skid-mounted CTU, and the radial drilling equipment.
>The unit is fully hydraulic driven, and the height adjustable control cabin can achive the integrated control for the hydraulic system, pneumatic system and
electric system. The unit is with high reliability and automation.
>The tubing simulation analysis software can be for data acquisition, tubing fatigue analysis and tubing simulation.
>The tubing reel is driven by hydraulic motor and planetary reducer directly; which make it more reliable. Wdl logging tubing reel can be designed according to
customer requirement.
>The high precision counting system can achieve subsection counting, tubing total length recording, historical data quef^ intelligent alarm output, password
protection and engine communication and monitoring at the same time.
>The supplied coiled tubing anti-collision device can automatically monitor the tubing disconnect with the wellhead status. The 70/105MPa anti-collision device is
optional.
>The injector gripper is quick-detachable for convenient replacement. The 1.25**-2.875* tubing is applicable. The injector brake system can achive the low
pressure automatic brake.
>The coiled tubing online monitoring device, the high pressure filter; and the dust catcher are optional.
>The king-size stripper copper sleeve can improve the buckling situation when going into the well.
