Our company is a professional company in digital cameras that integrates manufacturing and R&D which is made up of experienced 40 elite. Our Shenzhen Haotek company established in 2012, from this year, we start manufacturing for our first customer PAPAGO with OEM service ( from the start of structure design, HW design, FW customize, assembly to finished goods). Before this year, we have mainly focused on project design ( ID & HW & Software) for many big brands, like Polaroid, PAPAGO, JWD, Skypix and Tourmate etc, which help us accumulated enough experience in this area. ( Will specially introduce our R&D team background) To meet the needs of customers and growing market, we established our Dongguan Factory in 2015 with 6000 independent a courtyard and more than 200 employees in peak time per year. Our Dongguan Factory established in 2015 After a year of accumulation and reform, we began to adopt a lean production line in 2016. At the same, we carried out remuneration system reform, changing the old timing system to a piecework system. It greatly improves the production efficiency, and increase the enthusiasm of the employees, and then guarantees the stability of personnel and the stability of product quality.
