We established in the year of 2007 which covers an area of 4,000 square meters with 150 sets of screw production equipments . Its production capacity reaches 800 tons per month included drywall screws, roofing screws, self drilling screws, self tapping screws, chipboard screws, confirmat screw, etc which are widely sold to America, Mexico, Russia, Ukraine and so on.

We set up QC departments ,we check Semi finished product on each working day and do the final testing report for all the orders to guarantee the quality before shipment.

For the drywall screws, we do the testing of sizes, breaking Torque and drilling speed.

For self drilling screws,we test the drilling speed with machines. Test standard:Three times for in and out with the steel plate
