About 90 minutes west of Shanghai. And we have two factories in Hanoi, Vietnam. Our Products:Doublewood features a complete line of flooring that includes solid hardwood, engineered hardwood, rigid core vinyl and also wood wall panel. Of course, flooring accessories such as moldings and underlayment are available as well. Our Stories:In 1994, we started to produce plywood; In 2003, we set up our finishing line for solid hardwood flooring; In 2008, we entered into the manufacturing of engineered hardwood flooring; In 2013, we set up our vinyl and rigid core lines; In 2016, we moved our engineered flooring plant to Vietnam; In July 2019, we moved our rigid core factory to Vietnam too. Where We Sell:Our market breakdown is US & Canada 50%, UK 25%, and the other 25% to Mexico, Argentina, India, Thailand, Australia and so on. Our capacity:30 containers a month of solid hardwood; 90 containers a month of engineered hardwood; 50 containers per month of WPC flooring; 150 containers of rigid core vinyl flooring each month; 10 containers of wall panel each month.
