Steel Piston:

The overall steel piston design using the design and application of cold oil channel shaped pin hole, to meet the requirements of detonation pressure while reducing the heat load.

Applied to  heavy-duty diesel engines with PCP more than 20MPa, and achieve  Euro Ⅳ emission standard.

Remelting Piston:

Piston ring groove wear and a lower ring groove wear inlay ring, using internal cooling passages designed to reduce the heat load of the piston, Throat remelting, grain refinement.

Applied to  medium-duty and heavy-duty diesel engines with PCP more than 18MPa, and achieve  Euro Ⅳ emission standard.

Steel piston ring:

Excellent  elastic modulus and bending strength,Nitrogen treatment to promote wear-resisting property.

Widely used in automobile engines with high speed，high reinforcement and high load.
