-Our Tiles are manufactured from GRG (Glass reinforced Gypsum) and comprise of noncombustible gypsum plaster reinforced with a glass fiber membrane resulting in a light weight, strong, naturally pre-stressed panels.
-Surface finish: The Plaster has a molded fine , smooth or textured finish and may be supplied pre-decorated to order or with a natural finish .
-Designs: The Designer’s imagination is the only limit of what may be produced in terms of shape, pattern & surface finish.
-Performance:
-Fire performance :Tiles are rated non-combustible as defined in BS 476
-Tiles are rated Class 1 for surface spread of flame : Tiles achieved Class 0 for fire propagation & smoke Emission
-Tiles have achieved sound transmission coefficient (STC) of 38 using solid tiles.
-Tiles have Excellent Moisture Resistant & tested in atmosphere of 95% RH , (tiles did not sag nor distorted)
-Tiles show high Acoustic Performance , perforated tiles achieved NRC of 0.74 , while semi perforated achieved NRC 0.58.
