Our closures have features of anti-counterfeit, leakproofness, disposable , non-refillable and non-pullout, which insist of 3 types, ripping , twist-off and push-out. And they are mainly made of LDPE, HDPE, PP, ABS, K-Resin ,PC, and so on. End with Oct.2008, we have manufactured and developed about 60 kinds of anti-counterfeit closures and has 40 unreleased designs and 35 patents. The annual production capacity of anti-counterfeit closure is 2 billion. We have almost 300 advanced equipments of manufacturing, detection and specialization which includs DEMAG extruders, MOSS high-speed side printer, OE cap lines ,Guala closure production lines and Husky injection system from Germany, Italy, Switzerland and Canada. And we collected with UG, CATIA, Power mill, Cimation, Dynaform and other CAD/CAM/CAE Image Workshop so that could ensure steadily cap production of Wuliangye, Liangjiu and other wine distilleries.
