After Sales Service

1. Installation instructions: 

The products are strictly commissioned before leaving the factory. After delivery, online support installation instructions can be provided. 
2. Warranty period: 
If the product fails within one year after purchase, the warranty is supported (Note: except for man-made damage). 
3. Overseas services: 
professional engineers can provide maintenance services for overseas machinery and equipment (Note: overseas costs must be borne by the buyer) 
4. Maintenance: 
The product diesel engine and hydraulic system need regular maintenance. The diesel engine should be maintained according to the time allocated by the manufacturer (different diesel engine time is different).The first maintenance time of hydraulic system is 200 hours, and the regular maintenance time is 500 hours.
