1.Application: This machine is used for packing the product that are not suitable the brush to feed, like chocolate,nougat ,crunchy candy etc. It can work together with the production line by customized feeding conveyor to ensure auto production ,feeding and packing

2.1  This machine is equipped fully-automated Fully automatic computer control PLC touch screen, servo motor device system (instead of traditional mechanical differential and variable transmission) photoelectric sensor detection, so can compensate the material in the transport process with different speeds, bidirectional tracking to achieve automatic filling empty bag, thus effectively eliminating material tracking error, can reached 100% non empty packaging, reduce the waste of packing film and raw materials. Meanwhile, the transmission speed can be adjusted dynamically without changing the transmission gear.  Automatically warning alarm system, all warning will display on PLC, easy to operation and maintenance

2.2 Servo motors attached with frequency converter realize infinitely variable controlling. Which is accurate, energy efficient, durable and adjustable during operation

2.3  It has full servo motors controller system, can catch and  keep material distance and protect the material surface very well

2.4   Equipped with debris hopper and suction device (optional).Making the precision of conveying and 100% packing rate.

2.5  Food contact parts are made of stainless steel and special surface treatment, with good smoothness and easy cleaning, which meets the QS food hygiene standard.
