Q1.What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 3,000pcs.But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quantity of our products and know our service.

Q2.Can I get samples?

Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send sample by FEDEX/UPS/TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account. The Freight charge are collected.

Q3.How long is the sample time?

For existing samples, it can be arranged at anytime. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Any way, we will response fast to you request.

Q4.How long is the production time?

It takes 25days for MOQ. we have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

Q5.What format of the file do you need if i want my own design?

We have our own designer  in house. So you can provide JPG,AI,CDR or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for you final confirmation based on technique.

Q6.How many colors are available?

We match colors with Pantone Matching system. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommed some popular colors to you.

Q7.Which kinds of certificate would you have?

FDA, LFGB, SGS, BSIC

Q8.What is your payment term?

Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit, after order signed and 70% before shipping. We also accept Western Union and LC at sight.

1.Visit our website:https://jonaspower.en.alibaba.com/  2.Directly contact our sales person to confirm the details of your order,such as price, lead time, artwork, payment term and other important order elements. 3.We send Preform Invoice to you. 4.Make a payment via our payment method and confirm your payment to our sales person. 5.We make the sample for your confirmation,then we arrange the mass production and inform you the estimated time. 6.When mass  production finished, photos and samples will be sent for your confirmation. You can arrange the third party Inspection. 7.Make the balance payment and confirm your payment to our sales person. 8.We arrange the shipment and you will receive all the document for the goods. 9.Wait for you shipment to come.Hope you will satisfied with our good quality and service
