                        Step1. UNCOILER

360°rotary to control expanding and tight, which insure steel coil feeding alternatively

and make steel strip go into accumulator freely.

Function: support rolled plate and strip tension for erw pipe mill production line,

by the frame, main shaft, increases of drum, brake.
There are 3 types: pneumatic, hydraulic and manual. 

                   Step 2: Shearing butt welding

Function: Shear the end of each strip coil, then welding them together,

so that pipe making welding machine line can be continue production.

                          Step 3 : Strip Accumulator

It has two kinds of accumulator for optional. Usually big line use horizontal, and small line use vertical type

Function: storage strip to keep continue production.
2 Types: Horizontal / Vertical 
Advantage: Horizontal type can be larger storage. Vertical type is much cheap and small space occupied.

Mainly roughly mill-forming steel strip and controlling weld seam

Function: forming the tube from strip
