High work speed, can reach 30-40m/min, the cutting system has servo motor to help machine stable cutting.
The machine frame we use iron cast machine frame, this kind of design is higher costs, but it's can be more stable and longer time service.
The main roll former is driving by gear box, it's not easy loose and more smoothly compared with chains drive.
The feeding device has small rollers to prevent the metal sheet from scrtched. And two hand wheels can adjust the feeding width.
Double guide pillar cutting system can provide enough power to ensure stable cutting.
