The machine is new product which is improved based on customer’s requirements. Feature:
Travel scope can be adjusted.
Mould is located by locating groove which makes it easy to change mould. The machine heats the PVC through conduction and forms it through pressing and frothing.
The material is fed automatically. The mould and feeder can be designed as user’s requirements.
Speed is shifted by step-less transducer. Adopt the interface of human-machine and PLC programmable controller, it can synchronize accurately.
Adopt the equipment of trace pressing, batch number printing and scarp-collecting.
Stepping motor drives and tow materials.
The heating moulds will automatically separate when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the material between them and extend the machine’s life.
Mechanical Part:

We use ENCODER for forming, different from other’s cam for forming, cam will be broken when you run it too much time and fast. Mechanical is not always firm enough, So we change Electronic to control the Pneumatic, so this is the real PLC Control one brain machine, easy to adjust.

Firstly, Step Motor for towing machine make the machine to adjust the mould easier. Secondly, Never adjust the pulling length by rod (mechanical is not accuracy). Thirdly, the material will never waste when you restart the machine or stop the machine at any time. As we know Material is more expensive than machine itself running in one year.

Other Useful Information for Blister Packing Machine
Nowadays material for packing and time for working are expensive. The machine runs one hour it will take almost a rolling PVC and one third rolling Aluminum Foil. It means for Standard Blister Sheet(80*57mm), you have cost 0.01(price for one plate)* 4(one cut for 4 plate)*15-50(one minute for 15-50 cuttings)*60(one hour)=36-120RMB/hour. When you start the machine in the morning, 30minutes for heating the machine (you need pay salary in this time), If the material has been moved becaues of loosed pneumatic clip and stoped urgency yesterday, you need to adjust again. So the cost will be waste.
A blister Packing machine you can use for at least five years, But the waste of material you can buy another two or three new machines. This was their seriouse problem for pharmaceutical factory using other type machines. But now I really thanks for the wonderful suggestion that we have improved the machine in Step Motor and Stop Machine Green and Save Type Blister Packer.
Normally Questions from Customers about Blister Packing Machine:
Q: What is difference between PLC Control and Real PLC Control?
A: PLC means programmable logic control. Such as, Blister packing machine, PLC Control change the old period in Blister Packing area. Nowadays, there are two PLC Control. One it is only used for controlling the touch screen, but when you adjust the traveling scope you need to adjust the mechanical wheel. Another is our Type, you can say PLC is my machine’s heart, you can enter everything into it to make the machine running.
Q: How to change mould (Changing Parts)?
A: Nowadays we have improved our Mould changing parts, there is a groove and screw on the mould. If you want to change into different packing you can unscrew it then change. We call it convenient type mould. And we also get a video for changing mould.
Q: When the machine stops, the mould is still hot; will it heat PVC and destroy Aluminum?
A: Our Forming Mould and Sealing mould will be separated automatically when the machine stops. It is special for protecting the unused material on the machine.
Q: The machine always run automatically, but when it runs in a wrong length, what should we do?
A: According to this problem, we use a Camera Cell for registering the Color Point on Aluminum foil. When the machine run in a wrong length it will be found by Cameral Cell, then give a single to PLC, PLC will feedback to Step Motor, at last step motor will run in a right length to save material and time.
Q: If the machine broken in a problem we can’t work out, what should I do?
A: At first, we have will send a video how to solve.
