Hebei Huayang Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. is the largest ERW and LSAW steel pipe manufacturer in Northern China. Established in 2005, we have a modern factory covering an area of 666,000 square meters, with over 700 employees and a fixed asset of 151 million USD, annual output capacity is up to 1,200,000 Tons. Huayang use advanced imported production equipment such as German once-through rolling machines, British CT METORI digital controllers, one φ114.3mm-φ168.3mm ERW steel production line, four φ219mm-φ426mm ERW steel pipe production lines, one φ426mm-φ660mm ERW steel pipe production line, one JCOE production lines for LSAW pipe, size range from 16" to 56" (406.4mm-1422.4mm), wall thickness: 9.53mm-50mm. In 2018, we built a new advanced RBE production line for LSAW pipe, size range from 16" to 56" (406.4mm-1422.4mm), wall thickness: 9.53mm-30mm. With our own high-tech physics and chemistry labs, we can do physical properties and chemical composition test, UT, hydraulic test, X-ray and other test equipment is available, which can meet all related standards and inspection requirements. Hebei Huayang Steel Pipe Co., Ltd is API 5L, CE, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001 Certificated. Our steel pipes are widely used as the construction material and the pipelines for oil, gas, water, steam, and other middle & low hydraulic pressure fluids. Huayang's products are sold nationwide and mainly exported to Southeast Asia, Middle East, South America, Africa, North America and Europe.
