BODA PRODUCTS

BODA specializes in the production of high-pressure laminate, which is a high-tempered laminate board made of thermosetting resins and impregnated paper. Our HPL possesses characteristics of high density, design, superior physical performance, safety and environmental protection, rapid processing, construction, installation and use. It is widely used in various decorative surfaces, such as furniture, cabinets, interior doors, partitions, countertop, decorative ceilings, walls, pillars, and more. 

Product Features:

1)Physical Properties: high strength impact resistance, water resistance, abrasion resistance, pollution resistance, easy to clean, moth deterrence, heat resistance, smoke resistance and certain flame retardancies as well as other first-rate physical properties.

2)Appearance Performance: highly decorative and design driven. Our product’s design originates from nature, but with technology is customized to perfection. In addition to its aesthetic, the texture of our products mimic that of natural wood, stone and fabric. The diversity and availability of our designs are endless.

BODA PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

1)Specification: Sizes of 4*8, 4*10, 5*10, and 5*12 FT 

2)Vertical Grade Thickness: The vertical grade of HPL starts at the thinnest 0.35mm-1.9mm, generally used on a single side and should to be attached to a substrate for proper use. Compact HPL, which is a thicker vertical grade, typically starting at 2mm-25mm, and is generally double-sided with HPL on both sides of the substrate. Below 4mm thickness is typically attached to a substrate, while 4mm and above can be used without having to adhere to any substrate.
