656/868 Double Wire Mesh Fencing As a special reinforced wire mesh fence, there are usually two specifications. No.1:double horizontal wire (8mm diameter )welded to single vertical wire(6mm).No.2: :Double Horizontal wire (diameter 6mm) welded to single vertical wire( diameter 5mm).The double wire mesh fencing special design makes the mesh stronger. It has the same reinforcing effect as the bend in panel. The double wire mesh fence is made of high quality low carbon steel wire and is commonly used as the main fence for school playgrounds and industrial or commercial fences which is requiring a powerful mesh fence system.

Double Wire Mesh Fencing In order to make the fence panel stronger, Symmetry design improved damage prevention. Double wire fence is the only one type of fence come with doubled horizontal wires one the panel. Ordinary tools can't easily destroy it .

Product Process

Firstly, the low-carbon steel wire with a galvanizing amount of 270g/m2 is used for straightening and cutting, and the machine is used for integral welding the fence panel to ensure that the flatness of the mesh is fully welded.

Then, the Post is made of cold-formed steel + high-frequency welding of 270g/m2 galvanized steel, cut into the length as required , machined with screw holes, and polished to remove raw.

Finally ,post and panel are treated by electrostatic spraying powder coating to corrode in out door environment. Products can be ensured use for 10 years.
