I、Brief introduction

GTXD-1 drum typed bean washing machine is newly self-developed bean washing equipment, which integrate actual situation of customers. With fully SUS304 stainless steel material, it has advantages of easy operation, precision structural, excellent performance and safety and reliability.

The working theory of drum typed bean washing machine is: soybeans will be conveyed to beans buffering groove by negative absorbing tank, then soybeans will fall into evenly rotating rolling tank from beans out pipe with its gravity. Such rotating soybeans will be washed by spray pipe inside the rolling tank. Impurities and sands will pass through holes on the rolling tank wall and go into water pan then into filtering water box. Water here after filtering will be conveyed to spray pipe to wash soybeans, and following process like this.

GTXD-1 drum typed bean washing machine is consist of stainless steel frame, negative bean absorbing tank, stainless steel feeding bean groove, bean washing system, water cycle system and electrical control system.

A. Stainless steel frame

It is made of industrial SUS304 stainless steel square tube. The device has advantages of stability structure, sanitary, corrosion resistance and long lifetime.

B. Negative bean absorbing tank

This system is consist of vortex air pump and negative pressure tank, it will become negative pressure through vortex air pump. Soybeans will be absorbed into tank under such negative pressure and negative pressure will stop intermittently. Soybeans will come out from negative pressure tank with its gravity.

C. Stainless steel bean feeding groove

As buffering groove of bean absorbing part and rolling tank part, this groove ensures soybeans be conveyed evenly and continuously.

D. Bean washing system

This system mainly includes rolling part, conveying part, spray part and water pan. There’s screwing paddle inside the rolling tank, it will achieve rotary washing and conveying by rotary rolling tank. Impurities and sands will flow into water pan with flowing water, soybeans after washing will be conveyed to the end of rolling tank and fall into soaking tanks for next process.

E. Water cycle system

It is used for bean washing water cycle. Water after washing beans will flow into cycle water tank, and it will be cycle used for washing beans after filtering through two stages grille with different filtering fineness.

F. Electrical control system

Amount of absorbing beans can be adjusted by adjusting bean absorbing interval time of time relay. Rolling tank rotate by manual button. With such electric control system, it has advantages of stable performance, strong ability to conform with environment, easy to operation and etc.
