Ⅰ、Brief introduction 

Based on ZDPD bean soaking machine, XHPD-2 new typed bean soaking unit is innovated by introducing international advanced soaking technique. It had got independent intelligent property and won state invention patent, also got appraisal of provincial new product and scientific & technological achievement. It saved land, energy and labor, improves the quality of soaked bean. It is a kind of new product with international new technique.

It is consist of open titling bottom bean soaking tanks, recycle pump, stainless steel cycle water tank, flowing groove, stainless steel frame, manual control of bean coming out, bean and water cycling pipeline, stainless steel pipes and valves, standard electric control system.

Ⅲ、Introduction of components 

XHPD-2 bean soaking unit is consist of stainless steel cycle water tank, open titling bottom bean soaking tanks, flowing groove, cycle water pump, standard electric control system by manual, pipes and valves, frame and so on.

A. Stainless steel bean soaking tank

The tank is made of SUS304 stainless steel. It’s open for upper part and titling bottom, there’s bean outlet at the bottom, which is more easy for beans coming out. There’s overflow outlet for upper part of tanks, and water inlet. As there’s some impurities when soybeans fall into soaking tanks, some impurities will float on water surface after soaking with water. These impurities will be flow into filtering groove of cycle water tank by the overflow outlet. There’s beans outlet device to adjust amount of beans. Users can use this device to adjust amount of beans out. Volume of soaking tanks is 1000L each and there are 4 same tanks.

B. Flowing groove

It is mainly be used to convey soaking soybeans and cycle water during soaking. Using “U” typed titling groove to discharge water, it avoid to use another pump to absorb water as usual and play an effect of energy saving.

C. Stainless steel cycle water tank

It is made of SUS304. There’s filtering tank and it’s 120mesh filtering net, which can block effectively impurities of reflux flowing into filtering tank through overflow pipeline. So it will be good for cycle use.  

C. Cycle water soaking system

This system consists of stainless steel cycle water tank and cycle pump. The soaking water flow into water tank through inlet of cycle water tank, then it is conveyed by cycle pump into soaking tanks. When water level reach the high level of overflow, soaking water will flow into water tank through inlet of cycle water tank, then filter tank can block effectively impurities of reflux flowing into filtering tank through overflow pipeline. Then clean water after filtering will be conveyed into soaking tanks again through cycle pump and so it achieves the effect “use cycle water to soak beans”.

D. Stainless steel frame

All frame is made of stainless steel square tube, it has advantages of precision structure, high strength, corrosion resistance and etc.
