I Brief introduction

Zdfj-500 new energy saving and environmental protection pulping machine is a new soymilk production equipment independently developed by our company based on the actual situation of users. The equipment consists of negative pressure lifting device, bean storage tank, automatic pulp separation, automatic pulp boiling system, automatic material conveying and electrical control part, etc.

Working principle:

ZDFJ-500 new energy saving and environmental protection pulping machine is a new pulping equipment integrating soybean negative pressure lifting, pulping, separating and boiling.

The purpose is to realize the requirements of integrated grinding and pulping process.

Process flow:

Soybean soaked in by negative pressure lifting device, into the store bean slot, store beans at the bottom of the tank has a manual board, adjust the bean opening size according to the technological requirements, soybean feeding way in the pulping machine, through the top of the tank with water lapping making pulp, slurry into the raw slurry tank, head of pulping machine after separation of slag slag into the slot, slag tank after adding a certain amount of water dilution and stir evenly by slag pump to send to the name of the second machine, grinder second separation grinder, 2 mixed slurry into the pulp slurry tank and head, two slag discharge as waste disposal.

When the slurry reaches a certain amount, close the steam valve of the slurry inlet, open the steam valve of the slurry to heat the soy milk in the tank, the slurry becomes mature slurry, and after a few minutes of soaking, open the slurry outlet valve, and the cooked slurry will be transported to the next process for use by gravity flow or steam pressure.

ZDFJ-500 new energy-saving and environment-friendly pulping machine mainly includes negative pressure lifting tank, material storage tank, slurry separator, slurry tank, slag tank, water storage tank, slurry tank, slurry conveying, stainless steel frame and electrical control system.

1. Negative pressure lifting tank: The negative pressure sucking tank is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate with the structure of top head and bottom cone.The inlet and outlet of the tank is used in conjunction with the bean suction fan. The suction fan is opened and the outlet door is closed. The soybeans are inhaled into the lifting tank through the negative pressure slurry.The device has the characteristics of reasonable structure design, corrosion resistance, clean sanitation, long service life and convenient for users.

2. Stainless steel material storage tank: the main function is to store soybeans. There is a feeding port at the bottom of the tank. The size of the feeding port can be adjusted by inserting board.

The storage tank is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, which has the characteristics of long service life, safety and health.

3. grinding machine: it is mainly used to grind soaked soybeans and realize the purpose of separating soybean milk bean dregs.

The mill is equipped with an adjusting device, which can adjust the fineness of the slurry according to the need.

The grinding machine has the advantages of running smoothly at high speed and being easy to clean.

4. Stainless steel milk tank: made of SUS304 stainless steel steel plate, it is mainly used to store the soybean milk from the grinding machine and play a buffering role in the process of boiling the milk. The bottom is inclined to facilitate out the milk.

5. Stainless steel slag tank: made of SUS304 stainless steel steel plate,

the slag separated from the grinding is temporarily stored and mixed with water.

It is transported to the next grinding machine through stainless steel bean slag pump, and then ground.

6. Stainless steel storage tank: made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, it is used to store the water added to the grinding machine, bean dregs tank, etc., so that it can be timely supplied in case of water dilution.

7. Stainless steel milk pot: the milk pot is made of high-quality SUS304 spherical head, and there is a manhole with a visual mirror on the top of the pot, which is convenient for operation.

The mixing device is installed on the top of the tank. The milk in the tank is heated evenly and heated rapidly by stirring.

The milk tank for airtight micro pressure milk, not only can shorten the milk cooking time, but also can avoid the vapor filled.

The milk outlet is at the bottom of the tank and allows for adequate drainage. A visual mirror is installed at the slurry level of the tank body. The liquid level position of the milk can be observed through the hole of the visual mirror. A mechanical thermometer is installed on the front of the tank so that the temperature of slurry in the tank can be seen directly.

milk in and milk out are brought in or taken out by steam. The slurry in and milk out program is realized by operating the valves on the left side of the tank. Pressure gauge is installed on the tank body to show the real-time pressure in the tank, the pressure does not exceed 0.1mpa, the tank is installed with a relief valve, when the pressure exceeds the pressure, automatic pressure release.

8. CIP automatic cleaning system: this system is mainly used for cleaning the milk tank and conveying slurry pipeline.

During cleaning, lye prepared by hot water can be added into the milk tank. According to the operation procedure, open each valve, and the cleaning liquid enters the cleaning pipeline and the slurry boiling tank for circulation cleaning under the entrainment of steam.

9. Control system: The operating system of the unit is manually operated and controlled.

The loading of beans is controlled by the time relay, which can set the interval for a certain time to start and stop the sucking fan and realize the automatic loading of beans. The start and stop of the pulping machine, the slag pump and the stirring motor of the pulping tank are all manually controlled. Inlet valve, inlet valve, inlet valve, outlet valve and cleaning valve are manually controlled. The system is easy to operate, stable in performance, safe and reliable.
