Plasterboard is a kind of board which is made of building gypsum with proper amount of additives and fiber as core and special board paper as cover. The paper plasterboard has the characteristics of light weight, sound insulation, heat insulation, strong processing performance and simple construction method.

The stand or fall that judges a plasterboard basically has a few respects

1、 Thickness:

The ordinary plasterboard on the market is mainly 9.5mm thick, and the plasterboard thickness is upgraded to 10MM, far greater than the > national standard, which can greatly improve the service life and provide a more long-term guarantee.

2、Weight:

Under the condition of ensuring the fracture load, the lighter the gypsum board is, the better. We adopt the cellular foaming technology to produce the gypsum board with light weight and high strength.

3、Raw Materials:

Dachen new material gypsum board USES high purity desulfurization gypsum, from raw materials to powder to the board layer by layer screening strictly control, do not contain harmful substances, greatly improving the safety of gypsum board.

4、Mask paper:

There are many kinds of plasterboard, there are three kinds of plasterboard：

1、Common Plasterboard

Ivory White Paper Core, gray core, is the most economical and common varieties. Suitable for use in places without special requirements, where the continuous relative humidity does not exceed 65% . 

2、Refractory plasterboard

3、Water-resistant plasterboard

The paper core and paper cover have been treated with waterproof treatment, according to the requirements of the National Standard, water-resistant paper plasterboard and paper core must meet certain waterproof requirements (surface water absorption is not more than 160 grams, water absorption rate is not more than 10%) . Waterproof plasterboard suitable for continuous relative humidity not more than 95% of the use of places, such as toilets, bathrooms and so on.
