SG100 series light-duty CNC wire mesh weaving machine is suitable for weaving high quality fine mesh. High-performance servo drive and weft insertion mechanism, many kinds of opening mechanisms (electronic dobby, cam opening or external jacquard,etc ), working with high steel rigidity of beating-up mechanism, and flexible & convenient operation system of large touch display form a perfect combination that let the machine own many kinds of characters like high precision, fast rotation speed, low noise, wide weaving range and various weaving patterns.

It can weave different kinds of wire mesh in different materials, like stainless steel, iron, copper, brass, phosphor copper, aluminum, silver, platinum and so on.

Weaving width: 1000mm, 1300mm, 1600mm, 2000mm.

Wire diameter range: 0.03-0.3mm

Weaving density: plain weave square hole 20-400 mesh; twill weave 600 mesh; dutch weave 3600 mesh (weft direction).

Speed: 120 (140 optional) RPM

Frequency converter step-less speed regulation, the actual speed depends on the weaving width and detailed specifications.

Heald frame and form: three kinds of structures are available: Tappet arch heald, rotating electronic dobby and servo dobby. It can also be equipped with jacquard machine and 2-20 pieces of aluminum alloy heald frame (optional).

Basic tension: 15000 N/m.

Technical features:

1. Adopting numerical control let-off (feeding warp wire) by AC servo motor, it can real-time display tension’s data and adjust automatically.

2. In addition to ordinary weaving patterns, the multi-axis design can realize special twill weaving and patterns by cooperation with each axis’s servo motor and rotary electronic dobby or servo dobby mechanism implement with programming.

3. Two forms of beating-up are available: crankshaft beating-up or cam box beating-up. The spindle motor adopts frequency conversion step-less speed regulation.

4. PLC controlled high performance servo motor can realize precise and fast one-way linear weft leading. The unique control program reduces the friction between the rapier head and the warp wire and greatly reduces the warp and weft broken ends. It is equipped with the weft sensor, and can realize automatic stop when warp or weft wire broken and automatic searching the weft.

5. The three-roller coiling/rolling structure controlled by AC servo motor can realize high-precision coiling and non-stop off-line coiling and take off the mesh in any length. The optional AC servo motor controlled constant tension coiling mechanism can realize different ways of coiling and make the tension more accurate.

6. Optional Ethernet remote control module can realize centralized lubrication that makes maintenance more convenience and efficient.
