WalthMac GD Series/Loss-in-weight Side Feeding System is specially designed for the production requests on small and even micro quantities. By adopting high precision load cell and working based on loss-in-weight principle, material dosing will be precisely controlled. Contributed by unique patented structure and software control algorithm, micro consumption for master batch and additives will be effectively controlled.
System Principle
Based on loss-in-weight principle, the feeding screw will be dynamically adjusted based on setting value of dosing to ensure high precision. Side feeder will make dynamic change along with the main material to adjust dosing quantity after connecting with signal from master machine. With servo motor drive and close-loop control, the system adopts dynamic error correction algorithm to improve dosing precision and it is easy to be connected with standard adaptor.
