What is water white Rosin Resin

Water White Rosin Resin is made from the masson pine and wetland rosin which is combined with other additive to got the rosin resin. Which is an important viscosifier to improve the continuous adhesion and the initial adhesion. Rosin Ester as an important raw material in adhesive industry ,which can be better to make up other resin’s defect.Such as petroleum resin ,which the initial adhesion is not good, generally the road marking paint factory use both petroleum resin and rosin resin to produce the  hot melt road marking paint. Owning to It is flexible chemical properties and stable properties which are widely used in adhesive industry,plastic industry,Ink,paint and coating industry. Owning to the rosin resin raw material is enviromental friendly, so water white rosin resin are used fro sanitary appliance,sanitary napkins  and other medical mattress.

Application of Rosin Resin:

Water white Rosin Resin can be the on the important additive of the paint, which can accelerate the drying speed of paint film, improve the paint's water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance and surface hardness and luster of the finished goods.Which is widly used in road marking paint industry, the main advantages is fast drying speed,strong adhesion, durability,weather resistance, good thermal stability etc.

Water white Rosin Resin also as an additive to medical containers and packaging materials(such as blood storage bags,liquid drug packaging bags,infusion tubes.etc) to improve its heat resistance,transparency and softness, the product is also used in rubber,plastics,optical recording materials and other fields.

Main Features of the Water white rosin resin

1.The color is almost white and the smell is low

2.The good Prolong Heating performance, The color is less than 1# under the 180℃ for 8 hours

3.Have a good compatibility, can be mixed with a variety of polymers such as NR, CR, SBR, SBS, SIS, EVA, etc. in any proportion.

4. Have a good solubility,Soluble in cyclohexane, petroleum ether, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, acetone and other solvents.

5.Can be widly used in baby diapers.

2.SBS, SIS hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive: hot melt adhesive, structural adhesive, adhesive tape for sanitary products, etc.

Storage:It is should be stored in a cool ventilated place, far away from Fire , far away from the heat source,It is forbidden to used the tool or equipment which easy to spark.
