Details:
Decoiler: Hydraulic entry coil car :The capacity it can carry is 15 Tons (Max)
Hydraulic cantilever de-coiler:The core can ensure the expand range φ508 of the coils inner diameter.
Straighten:1. It is equipped with the press and pinch device at the entry which is driven by hydraulic.
2.It is composed of 15 leveling rollers, 3 groups of supporting rollers, driving device and 2 pinch rollers and frame. Both sides of each rolling wheel is transmitted by needle pins all are the main force rollers. The total quantity of the rollers is 21, the diameter is 84mm and the distance between the rollers is 90mm, with supporting rollers. All the rollers are plating leather to protect the stainless steel plate surface is not wear.
Pit:1.It uses the 2 groups of magic eyes to control the speed buffer between decoiler and slitting machines.
2.Magic eye is controlled by PLC.
Servo straightening machine：1.It is controlled by servo elector motor and used to regulate for high speed feed and precise length control.
2.Drive model: 7.5Kw servo motor with precise decelerating transmission and synchronous to transport the belt to feed rollers
cutter:
1.shear model: cut from down to up hydraulically.
2.PLC control to realize automatic shear
3.Cooperate with the signal direct from the feeder and shear automatically
4.The blade material:Cr12MoV
transportation table：
1.Transportation belt is skid proof and wearable
2.Drive: cooperate with the line speed and is transmitted by 2.2KW frequency control motor.
Stacker with packing and lifting table：Pneumatic stacker device:1.The plates are piled pneumatically and PLC controls the lifting.
2.Three 0.75kw motors drag to adjust the width and the length.
Hydraulic lifting table：1.The length of plates can range from500-4000mm (which can be customized) 2.The width cab be ranged from 500 to 1600mm.
