ZSHZ/ZDRZ Eccentric Rotary Control Valve is a valve core is on the surface of the spherical cap eccentric Angle of schedule control valve, the one-piece, straight type runner body structure, the rotary center of the valve core is not concentric with the axis of rotation, can reduce the seat wear and prolong service life. It has excellent stability, resistance to erosion and corrosion resistant, reliable seal and the advantages of large flow adjustable range. In addition, the series of control valve compact structure, output torque, action quick, steady, long service life and can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, coal chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy and other industrial control area and heavy load.
Metal sealing class is IV、V，soft sealing type is Ⅵ，up to null leak；the flow characteristic is approximately linear。
Structure and function principle
The pneumatic eccentric rotating valve consists of body part and pneumatic actuator, which can also add the handwheel mechanism according to the working condition。The structure as follow：
