5. Long cycle-ife: By using corrosion-resistan alloy and high density of quality nanoscale fumedsilica gel electrolyte, the product is corrosion -resistant, free of electrolyte stratification. The design lifecan reach to 18 years.
6. Environmental-friendly.Cadmium(Cd), which is poisonous and not easy to recycle, is not existing.It is free of acid leakage of gel electrolyte. All guarantee batteries can operate in safety andenvironmental protection.

1). Electrolyte: Be immobilized in the cell through the use of fumed silica gel agent or absorbed in the separators and plates.
The cells shall have no residual free or bulk liquid electrolyte.
2). Lead : high purity lead, >99.996%
3). Separators: Made of fiberglass. Be porous to electrolyte but electrically insulating.
4). Container & Cover: containers and covers shall be made of a high impact, flame-retardant ABS plastic
5). Terminal: Terminal posts shall be cast in lead or lead alloy and have a copper core insert.
6). Valve: The valve operate at the pressure limits specified. The valve will not allow ingress of outside air into the unit.
