Q2: Does the RO water system has a feed water pressure limit? If I am located in Rural area or with zero feed water pressure, what can I do?
A2: Yes, the regular RO system requires a 2kg feed water pressure. If the water pressure is less than 2kg, it can quipped with our boost pump kit for the RO system. If you have a more sufficient feed water supply higher than 2kg, we can provide you pumpless RO system.

Q4: Do you provide sample for test before making the mass order?
A4: Yes, we provide sample based on specific request, formal test report will be sent along with the sample, sample will be charged with delivery fee.
Q5: What is the warranty of the RO system?
A5: All RO system is with basic 1 year quality warranty on its parts and accessories, free parts and components will be offered for replacement during the warranty period upon collecting the warranty proof.
