DESCRIPTION
This drug is reddish brown liquid.
INDICATIONS
A disinfectant and antiseptic use for disinfection of surgical site and skin mucous membranes.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Calculating by content of povidone iodine, a solution of 5% can be used for skin disinfection and treatment of skin diseases; solution 0.5% -1% use for nipples immersion in dairy cows;
solution 0.1% use for mucous membranes and wound cleansing.
PRECAUTIONS
1. Forbid to use for animals which are allergic to iodine.
2. There is no disinfection activity when solution become white or yellowish.
3. Should not be compatible with mercury-containing drugs.
