Our phenolic pre-insulated duct panel is made of 2 layers of aluminium foil at both side and 1 layer of phenolic foam in the middle.

Phenolic board is manufactured from Phenolic Foam Pre-insulated Duct Panels and Accessories by a set of special tools. The Panels consist of panel thickness 20mm, with double-faced 60um aluminium foil, both sides faced with aluminum foil, aluminum sheet, etc.

 Phenolic duct panel is accomplished by following a standardised procedure. The process is the same regardless of the shape of the duct element: tracing, cutting, gluing, folding, taping, flangeing & reinforcement and sealing.

 Phenolic duct panel is widely used in the ventilation systems of central air conditioning units in hotel, supermarket, airport, stadium, workshop, food store, industry and so on.
