(1)The valve is composed of body, lid, plate, rod, sealer, brackets, rod nut, hand wheel, bolt and nut etc.
(2)Central flange, bolts and nuts structure and SS304+graphite pads for sealing.
(3)Valves will have the upper sealing structure. When the valve opens and the valve rod lifted to the maximum, the upper sealing of the valve lid will be in touch with valve road surface. While sealing,the stem can also limit the position of the gate,make the open position accuratly. As when the sealer is loose in the liquid test under 1.1 times nominal pressure, no leak at the rod sealing is allowed during the sustained pressure to meet the requiments of the upper sealing.
(4)Valve cap with screw connection/outer threaded valve rod and valve yoke
The structure of transmission thread is outside of the valve body, easy for lubrication and without liquid errosion. Observation of valve opening and close can be done easily by the moving direction and position and no accident caused by disoperation.
(5)Hardness difference exists between the sliding parts of the valve to prevent locking and good wearing property. For example, between rod and sealed sleeve, between the body and directional sleeve.
(6)Hand wheel of the valve by its opening or closing process, the force acted on the hand wheel shall not be over 350N.
(7)In design, the sealing shall be kept in good manner even after wearing of the body and plates. The face center of the  plates shall be higher than the sealing face. As when wearing occurs of the plates, the closing position is lower while the full contact between the body and the plates must be ensured. The wearing tolerance of the plates shall be in compliance with the regulations as set out in ASME b16.34.
(8)T-shape connector is used between wedge plates and rods in that the T-shape connector is integrated with the rod. In operation, the valve connection will prevent detachment from the plates with its connecting strength stronger than that of the ladder shaped threaded bottom of the rod.
(9)Rising stem is used for the valve. Rod nut is placed on the lid or bracket. When opening or closing the plate, revolving rod nut will cause lifting and lowering of the rod. The sturcture is good for lubrication of the rod and obvious opening.
(10)Sealing material for the valve will be metal wires + flexible woven graphite material with graphite ring, which will be placed in the sealing material to ensure certain amount of compaction in use and good sealing. The structure will also ensure the strength requirment as to the extent not to damage nor flush the bottom sealer by the high pressed liquid for better sealing property. Reflexible graphite as sealer has very good self lubrication and meanwhile, good for high temperature and errosion proof property. It can be replaed without removing the rod.
(11)Compact structure and reasonal design. The valve has very good rigidity by perfect casting process. The pipe will have good flow with small resistance factor; convenient for making and maintainence.
