Aluminum Non-combustible Panel (ANP) is the ideal facade product for all types of external construction and internal structures, from residential developments to large scale government infrastructure projects where non-combustibility and fire resistance is needed. ANP can be installed like traditional aluminum composite panels (ACP) yet are the safe option. Because they do not contain the combustible polyethylene element of ACP.

Available in 2.0-5.0mm thickness, the panel sheet consists of an aluminum core (non-combustible), which is laminated between two skins of aluminium in various thickness options.

The inspiration of Aluminum Non-combustible Panel was from mechanics principle of arch bridge. Meanwhile the aluminum core shape is one big water drop surrounded by six small ones, like ‘egg carton type’to transfer the bending stress to pressure stress through a horizontal force in order to increase the anti-pressure ability. This creativity can enhance the flatness and aesthetic perception.

Compare with other fireproof panel and solid panel, ANP does not use mineral core or other materials core fillers to achieve fire resistance. Therefore, ANP has light-weight, flatness and better structural strength. The major advantages are:

-wind load resistance: the arch bridge principle can make our panel to recover soon after big winds. It is quite suitable for high-rise building or seaside house.

-weather resistance: Use the Dupont polymer film to compound three layers together. Can adapt from -40 degrees to 80 degrees. The top finish is coated with high-quality PVDF or FEVE coating for maximum UV durability, color and gloss retention, and supported by a 15-year warranty.
