If the product has the following faults, the company will not assume the obligation of free warranty, and only charges maintenance materials: the environment is too humid (humidity ≥85% ) Or the product is damaged due to water entering the machine; unauthorized modification of the product structure leads to product damage; unable to provide valid proof of purchase.

2. At any time, you can contact the dealer or the company. With valid certificates, you can send it back to the company for repair after contacting by phone. The company will serve you enthusiastically.

3. If there is anything unclear in the use of the equipment, we will provide you with technical support at any time.

4. If the sterilization and disinfection event fails to meet the standard due to improper operation or machine failure, the company will not be liable for compensation.

Maintenance Note
(1) Please place the device in a dry and ventilated place, dust net (fan place) and ozone generating module
Clean up every 1-3 months.
(2) This ozone machine is not a professional electrician, please do not open the box (high voltage inside).
(3) When maintaining, please ask a professional electrician to open the back cover of the chassis.
(4) All customers who purchase the company's products can buy consumables at the company's price below the market price.
(5) Equipment maintenance (If you need on-site service, the customer needs to pay for the travel expenses. The company chooses the nearest dealer for on-site service depending on the distance.)
(6) When repairing the equipment, please send the warranty card back to the company randomly. If it does not match the above operation instructions, the company will not bear the maintenance cost.
