Array Methyl Esterification Instrument is a special instrument developed for sample hydrolysis, fat saponification, fatty acid methyl esterification and other functions. The array methyl esterification instrument can process 6 samples at the same time, and the glass condensing reflux device and the sample bottle can automatically rise and fall to facilitate sample replacement. Intermittent magnetic stirring can easily complete sample hydrolysis. The array methyl esterification instrument not only has a heating water bath, but also a cold water bath, which can quickly cool the processed samples quickly and fully meet the standard requirements for rapid cooling to room temperature.

○ Intermittent Stirring-Easier To Hydrolyze Samples
The AF6M and AF6DM hot water baths are equipped with a 6-position magnetic stirrer, which can work continuously or intermittently. The sample can be stirred every 10 minutes to make the sample hydrolysis easier.
○ Hot And Cold Double Bath-More In Line With Standard Requirements
AF6D and AF6DM not only have a hot water bath from room temperature to 95°C, they can saponify fat and methylate fatty acids. At the same time, it is equipped with a 5°C cold water bath, which can cool the sample to room temperature within 50 seconds, which fully meets the requirement of "rapid cooling to room temperature" in the analysis standard.
○ Intelligent Lifting-Sample Loading And Unloading Is Easier
The AF6 series can control the glass condensate reflux device to automatically rise and fall through the control switch, which is convenient for sample replacement. At the same time, the AF6 series has a timing function. When the set time is reached, the glass condenser reflux device can automatically rise.
○ Add Liquid In The Middle-The Operating Height Is More Suitable
The uniquely designed glass condenser reflux device of AF6 series has a liquid filling port in the middle part, and the height of the liquid filling port is more suitable for the operation of adding boron fluoride methanol solution.

The glass condensing reflux device and the cold water bath share a cooling circulating water machine, and the cooling water pipeline is integrated with a solidification design. It is connected with a quick-plug connector to make the laboratory more tidy.
