All transmission axle and roller are made by high quality steel, temper, and dynamic balance, plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.

All transmission gear was used the 20 CrMnTi alloy steel, carburizing, hardness HRC 58-62 and that parts was made by grinding, 6 grade precision, ensuring the long-term use of high precision chromatic.

Adopt vacuum feeding in whole process, making paperboard feeding stable.

Equipped with doctor blade system, making better printing result.

Glazing unit and drying unit for option.

The whole machine undergoes the spray lubrication.

The main frame was controlled by frequency conversion (Delta), start up, running more smoothly.

If the machine has quality problem in one year,we will offer the spare part free of charge,but quick-wear part not included,such as rubber roller.if the buyer need the seller to install and erect the machine,the buyer must be responsble siva fees and round trip flight tickets and accommodation and food of the work,and should pay 60 usd per person per day.
