1. Structural feature

The power distribution center (PC) cubicle is divided into four (04) compartments. The horizontal bus compartment is located on the rear upper part of the cubicle; the function unit compartment is on front upper part; the cable compartment is rear lower part while the control circuit and instrument compartment on front upper part. 

Separation: the horizontal bus compartment, function unit compartment and cable compartment are separated with steel plate.

l The flame retardant polydiphenyl ether plastic housing is used between the control circuit compartment and function unit compartment.

l The function unit compartment and cable compartment are separated by steel plate, each compartment has independent functions.

l The small current power distribution center (MCC) cubicle is divided into three (03) compartments: horizontal bus compartment in the rear, the function unit compartment in front (left side) and cable compartment (right side). The flame retardant polydiphenyl ether plastic housing is used between the horizontal bus compartment and function unit compartment. The cable compartment, horizontal bus compartment and function unit compartment are separated by steel plate.

l Safety the application of high-strength flame-retarded engineering plastics has reinforced the protection safety performance.

l Standard modular design: it forms the standard units such as protection, operation, transition, control, regulation, measurement and indication units.

 

2. Ambient condition

Ambient air temperature ≤+40℃ and no less than -5℃, the average temperature within 24h ≤+35℃;

l For indoor use, the elevation of using site ≤ 2000m (above this can be negotiated)

l Ambient relative air humidity is no more than 50% at +40℃, the larger relative humidity is allowed in lower temperature. (e.g.: when the humidity is 90% at﹢20℃, you should consider about the effect of accidental condensation caused by temperature variation)
