Part One : Description:
Carbon Black N330 not only have the excellent wear resistance also own the moderate hysteresis .It is a kind of good reinforcing carbon black .We take an example ,The hysteresis loss of the passenger tire filled with N330 is lower than the compounds with other N330 series except N351.The N330 has good dispersion and extrusion properties too. Suitable for various synthetic rubber and natural rubbers.
Part Two: Application
Carbon Black N330 Are widely used in the industrial rubber products, the tread compound, Inner tire and Cord Fabric compound. It is also used in the tire strap layer,Roller Outer and rubber surface.

N339 carbon black has high wear resistance and excellent extrusion performance. The reinforcing performance, abrasion resistance and crack growth resistance of N339 carbon black used in tread compounds are close to N220 carbon black, and N339 carbon black is especially suitable for the concurrent system of styrene-butadiene rubber and butadiene rubber.
N339 carbon black is mainly used for tread rubber for passenger tires and truck tires, conveyor, hoses and various rubber industrial products requiring high wear resistance.
The performance of N375 that are basically the same as N339, and the heat generation is slightly lower than that of N339 . N375 is Mainly used for tread rubber for car tires, truck tires and off-road tires.
N347 is similar to N339, easy to process, and has lower performance, poor wear resistance. N347 is used for car tire treads, tire components, industrial rubber seals and products.
N351 has high wear resistance and excellent extrusion performance,which is used for car tire treads, industrial rubber products and conveyor belts.
Compared with N347 and N339, N375 has higher reinforcement, lower mold and higher hysteresis,which is used for car and truck tire treads,Conveyor belt surface, industrial products rubber.

1. What is the classification of the carbon black?
1).Classified by the production process, generally there are Dry Carbon Black, Wet Carbon Black and Spray Carbon Black
2).Classified by the raw material, Generally there are Coal tar Carbon Black, Natural Gas Carbon Black and Ethylene Tar Carbon Black.
2. How to choose a suitable carbon black dispersant?
1). Molecular structure. Generally the macromolecule type is selected,This type of dispersant is suitable for most products.
2).Molecular weight .The larger molecular weight,the better wettability and dispersibility.
3.Compatibility. It is necessary to consider whether the selected dispersant is compatible with its own formulation system.
4.Wettability: Judging from the wettaility, It should choose better wettability.
5.Dispersibility:Judging from the dispersibility, looking at the final dispersion fineness of the slurry, the finer the better
6 Color Development: The same carbon black are dispersed by the different dispersing agent, which will show the different blackness and hiding powder. The more better color development the better blackness and hiding power.
