Pigment Carbon Black
Part One: Description:
Pigment Carbon Black are called Color Black or pigment black which are widely used for coloring pigments in inks, paints, coatings, plastics and other products. According to the coloring intensity (or blackness) and particle size, it is generally divided into four types: high-pigment carbon black, medium-pigment carbon black, ordinary-pigment carbon black and low-pigment carbon black.
Part Two: Application:
Generally pigment carbon black have a good coloring performance in plastic industry. Generally we choose the different type carbon black as per the different coloring characteristics or physical &chemical properties.Generally using the extremely fine color black can achieve particularly highly blackness coloring. Such as the PE bags, plastic bags and other cable products only need a middle level of blackness. The significant color difference produced by the small errors in the weighting and formulation.So As usual, we use the low pigment carbon black with the large particle size and poor coloring power.Even the amount is a litter difference, and the result is nearly same, also own the better dispersion and lower price.For the gray palstic,When we use the fine-grained pigment carbon black, and will appear brownish gray. While use the bigger particle color black, which will show a blueish gray.
