Technical: Two layers

-The basic framework layer: made of isostatic pressing/rolling metal power through high temperature sintering, with average pore size 10~35 micron meters, porosity 25~40%, thckness 1.5~5mm.

-The surface filtration layer: made by composite the basic framework layer with fine powder through secondary high temperature sintering, with thickness 0.15~0.3mm.

-The final filter cartridge work with excellent permeability, as the materials of the basic framework layer and the surface composite filtration layer are same, the two layers can be strengthened combined through metallurgical bonding.

Today, it has widely applied the cartridges in gas-solid separation systems such as fly ash filter in coal gasification plants, the high temperature dedusting devices of lignite quality improvement facilities, as well as liquid-solid separation systems such as caprolactam filter and water return and injection filters in oil field with good performance, and achieved excellent economic and social benefits.
