Part one: Description of the Reflective glass beads

 My company specialized in the production of reflective glass beads, which is widly used in normal temperature road making paint and hot melt road marking paint.which are classfied the pre-mixed type and pebbling on the surface type.The pre-mixed type are generally can be mixed in the hot-melt road making paint,can ensure that reflective on the long time in the life of the road paint.The other one can spread on the surface of the road marking during the project construction,which can have an instant reflective effect. Our reflective glass beads are the coated glass beads which do the surface treatment,which can not only greatly improve the adhesion of glass beads and hot-melt marking paint,increase the ending products refraction,but also the produts can do the self-cleaning,anti-pollution,moistureproof. The road making paint glass bead used to reverse performance of road coating and improve the safety of driving at night.

Appearance: colourless transparent sphere, rounded and smooth, no obvious bubbles or impurities.do not contain the agglomerates that do not break apart after mild impact.
Circularity: roundness rate:>80% ,or as per the customers’ requirement.
Density: between 2.4-2.6g/cm3
Refractive index: Nd>1.5
Composition: soda-lime glass composition
Heavy metal content index:Cd<100mg/Kg,Pb<100mg/Kg,Hg<100mg/Kg,Cr<100mg/Kg

The total heavy metal content is less than 200mg/kg;As<100mg/Kg,Sb<100mg/Kg,The total  heavy metal content is less than 100mg/kg;

Part Three: Package

1. 1.25kg/bag,Plastic woven bag lined with waterproof

2. Wrapped by film with pallet

3. As per customers requirement.
