Features and Purpose
1. This machine is controlled by computer,auto output order , simple operation , it can storange 1000 orders .
2 .The box that no bottom and have cover also can be stitched (should note when order the machine ) .
3. Adjust the size in 3-5 minutes .
4. The power of stitching head is servo motor, mechanical speed: 800 nails / minute .
5. Feeding part adopt the vacuum absorption lead-edge belf feeding to ensure the board not skew . The height of lead-edge belt can be adjusted separately , increase the service life .
6. When feeding the board , the side has pat device to make the board is neat .
7. Feeding speed is controled by PLC , ensure stitching quality .
8. Feeding motor is servo motor , ensure the distance of nail is stable and accurate .
9 . This machine has carton plastic function , ensure the distance of scissors cut is not more than plus or minus 2mm .
10. This machine can stitch single nail , double nail , strong nail , double head tail nail and single head tail nail , completed by one time .
11. This machine adopt screen operation , display the malfunction .
12 . This machine can stitch 3/5 layer carton (7 layer should note when order the machine ) .
13. At the end have automatic counting stacking quantitative output .
14 . Bunding part is optional .
15 . If skewing when machine woking , it will automatically stop .

Packaging & Shipping
After the machine is finished and running well, it will be coated with anti-rust oil, which makes the machine not easy to rust in the container, and winding film to prevent moisture. Each unit of the machine will be fixed in the container to ensure a stable and safe arrival at the destination.

2. What is the terms of payment you accept?
We usually accept the T/T payment, we need 30% of total amount as deposit, pay the 70% balance before delivery, but we can also accept the L/C.

3. Where is your factory located ? How can I visit there?
Our factory located in Dongguang County, Hebei Province, China., near to the capital city Beijing and port Tianjin. You can fly to Beijing airport directly and we will pick you up there.

4. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority. We always regard great importance to quality controlling from the very small thing(even a small screw we will choose the best quality) from the beginning.
