Ink Wastewater Treatment Machine
Wastewater source:
l Ink is mainly used for books and periodicals, impurities, corrugated cartons and other packaging printing, ink in the application process will produce a certain amount of waste water, in addition, printing equipment in the replacement of ink when you need to clean the machine, also will produce waste water.
Characteristics of ink wastewater:
l High chromaticity. Water ink wastewater is not easy to separate and fade
l High COD value. A large number of experiments have proved that the COD values of ink and wastewater are all 15000mg/L.
l Difficult to biodegrade. Ink wastewater concentration high and high tinting strength, water complex composition.
Machine features：
l The main components of the machine are : main frame all PP plate sink, mixing device, filter device and electronic control system.
l It is suggested that the reclaimed water after meeting the treatment requirements can be used for the following purposes:
---wash toilets and production sites.
---reclaimed water is recycled.

l Machine workflow:
Firstly, the wastewater from the factory is collected into the collecting pool, and then pumped into the stirring pool by the self-priming pump for flocculation. The wastewater is partially filtered by the plate-frame filter press. The filtered water is filtered into the clear pool, and the solid waste formed after filtration is dried and then sent to the solid waste station.
Instructions for the use of medicines:
l Mix 1/3 clean water and 1.5 kg of medicament in the sewage tank for 5 minutes.
l Pour 1-2 barrels of waste ink ，after mixing for 3 to 5 minutes and see beging decomposition, it is put into the filter press.
l First, unscrew the cover of the orifice for the flow of water to the sewage tank (it may be dirty water at the beginning), until the cover of the square orifice of the clear water tank is opened after the flow of clean water.
l The treated water can be recycled, and also can pumped back it into the sewage tank to be as sued the first 1/3 of the clean water. The recycled water contains pharmaceutical ingredients, which can be without add medicament or add a little can deal with (how many medicines are added depends on the decomposition state).
Packaging & Shipping
After the machine is finished and running well, it will be coated with anti-rust oil, which makes the machine not easy to rust in the container, and winding film to prevent moisture. Each unit of the machine will be fixed in the container to ensure a stable and safe arrival at the destination.
