HCIR-01 Refinery Corrosion Inhibitor (water soluble) is composed of home-grown composite pyridine quaternary ammonium salt and other auxiliaries. It can electrostatic adsorb on metal surface in normal pressure or reduced pressure. The long carbon chain can form tight protect film on metal surface and prevent the corrosion media contact metal surface effectively so as to have good inhibition performance. Meanwhile the unpaired electron, double bond in molecular form chemical bond with metal electronic orbitαvacancy to enhance the molecule adsorption degree on metal surface and repel the corrosion media so as to prolong the inhibitors performance time. The crude oil processing distilling apparatus tower top, condensation and cooling system HCI-H₂S-H₂O corrosion, seriously influence the equipment operation normally.
