A、Paper feed section：

Adopt high wear-resistant suction belt, and the air volume of each belt can be controlled independently. In order to ensure the adsorption stability, the paper feeding part adopts double drive servo, which separates the paper feeding from the front and the back, and accurately conveys each cardboard separately from the front and the back, so that the positioning is more accurate. The front baffle of the paper feeding part is electrically adjusted left and right, the pre-pressing wheel is synchronously adjusted, and the front paper feeding part is electrically adjusted. Conveniently and quickly meet the paper supply requirements of cartons of various specifications.

Paste box adopts the way of gluing under the rolling Hua Lun, which is uniform, does not leak glue, and saves glue. In the gluing part, the tongue of cardboard is pre-pressed up and down again, which makes the carton forming more standardized.

B、Folding part

The folding part is equipped with pre pressing and multi pass rolling wheels, and the original rolling line is rolled again for the second rolling line of paperboard. The features of the machine are that the whole process of paper feeding is adopted from the leading edge to the nail box part, so that the carton is firmly adsorbed on the paper feeding belt, and there is no dislocation and scratch on the surface of the carton. C、Correction unit

There is a forming device behind the folding part and in front of the nail box. Before nailing the box, the folded carton will be corrected as a whole again. The upper and lower servo motors are used for calibration. After correction, press it into the nail box section with a synchronous belt to ensure that there are no scissors openings in the carton and ensure the quality requirements of the carton.

D、Nail box

The head of running type nail box machine adopts special material, which is wear-resistant and stable, and is not easy to be damaged. The speed of nail can reach 1200 nails per minute. The head of this machine is directly driven by imported servo motor, and the speed is efficient, stable and accurate.All bearings in nail box department adopt imported brands NSK, SKF, etc. Imported high friction belts and synchronous belts are used to transport cardboard, and the belts automatically adjust the upper and lower gaps, thus effectively avoiding scissors mouth phenomenon caused by uneven thickness of cardboard or different tightness of belts on both sides.The automatic wire feeding of 2 plates and 20 kg is adopted for the nail thread at a time, which reduces the wire changing time.
