Penglai Shuicheng Cast Basalt Pipe & Valve Co.，Ltd. (the former Shandong Electric Power Penglai Cast Basalt Branch) which covers an area of 56,000 square meters and a construction area of 18,000 square meters, locates at the Liujiagou Industrial Park. The factory hard working more than  28 years. Our factory owns a cast basalt production line with a capacity of 15,000 tons each year and facilities with a capacity of 5,000set each year wearable valves and 20,000set each year flexible joints.

Our main products: Cast basalt products, including cast basalt pipes, cast basalt tiles and cast basalt powder; cast basalt lined steel pipes; clamp-type flexible joints; wearable reject valves, including wearable gate valve ，pulverized coal valves, wearable throttles, wearable ball valves, wearable check valves, wearable expansion pieces and the like, which are chiefly used in electric power, metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, chemicals, and other industries.

Since our factory was founded in 1986, the statistical production amount: cast basalt lined steel pipes stretching over 1,000 km; flexible pipe joints of over 260,000 set; different kinds of valves over 18,000 sets. Our products have been sold across all the provinces of China except Tibet, and also exported to South Africa, Zimbabwe, Japan, India, Vietnam, Australia and other countries.

Our factory is famous for the state-of-art process technologies and facilities, the large production scale, as well as the high level product quality. Up to now, we have achieved over 20 patents for invention and utility model, and received the title of “China Patent Shandong Star Enterprise”. Our Juyuan cast basalt pipes and cast basalt lined steel pipes were honored “Famous products in Shandong” by Shandong Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision，as the unique cast basalt products given this title, in December, 2010. Our products are highly recognized by the market.
